Coaching refers to a set of methods which aim to help individuals and organisations reach their goals.
When my clients first approach me, I assess them for the most appropriate coaching route for our work together. My aim is always to make sustainable change in the fastest time possible, so that clients can move on to living healthy, happy adult lives. Average number of sessions is 6-8.
Emotional coaching is for those clients who feel they are stuck making the same unhelpful choices or carrying out the same destructive behaviours.
Executive coaching is for individuals who wish to excel and is future-oriented. Using psychological techniques, I work with clients to help them identify their goals and draw out the process to reach them.
